order to ship out in 3-5 business days. For
pre-orders, please expect a production time of 15-30
working days as we require this time to prepare the materials.

You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is shipped out! Kindly
note that we are unable to cancel the order when it was shipped.

We ship worldwide! All our shipping prices are in US Dollars (USD). Please note that

RETURN POLICY
Our products are all hand-made with love and attention to details, but we know they are
not always perfect. If you are not 100% in love with them, you can submit a return or
exchange request within 7 business days from the order
delivery date.

- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, clearly showing the item(s) and
the attached tags.
Please ensure that the photos clearly display the tags attached to the item(s). This
will help us confirm that the tags have not been removed and ensure a smooth return
process. We will process your return request within 24 hours and provide you with
further instructions.

Refund policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.
